I brought my truck to Trinity Auto for an alignment, but a few days after getting it back, my wheel bearing failed. It’s unclear what might have gone wrong, but I expected more thorough inspection and care. The only issues they flagged during the visit were unrelated—a supposed need for an oil change (based solely on the sticker in my window, which was inaccurate since I had changed the oil just three weeks prior) and the condition of my wiper blades. Overall, I felt they overlooked more critical aspects of the vehicle’s maintenance, which was disappointing.
