My son and I were having a serious vehicle issue, on the QEW, on the way home from Toronto. We were fortunate enough to get the car off of the highway, as we approached Hamilton. My son googled the closest garage. It was Trinity Automotive. They attended to our needs promptly. A very professional and friendly business that turned a harrowing situation into a sigh of relief. Trinity Automotive had us on our way within a couple of hours, even though their shop was quite busy and we had no appointment. A big shout out to Nick and company for saving the day. We honestly appreciate all you did for us that afternoon. I highly recommend Trinity Automotive. Thanks guys!!!

I was unable to use Eric's automotive for my heavy ram 2500..great garage but unfortunately with thier recent move they couldn't accommodate a large truck so I had to look around.. Using Google I found Trinity auto.after discussions with Nick I chose to bring my Cummings diesel 2500 ram to thier team..I explained it was sitting for months and I parked it with well over 25 engine codes..im thinking im going to be taken to cleaners but I left it with them..thier team sent me daily reports with cost and eliminated all codes with alot of diagnosis.. I'd like to personally thank thier mechanic and nick for the daily updates with cost and 100% recommend them for any and all future work..my dodge journey will be thier next challenge and it makes me feel at ease it will be in competent hands.. Thanks again guys for fixing all the issues with my truck. 100 % recommend this team to diagnose and fix you ride.

We recently brought our van to Trinity Automotive. What a fabulous experience. Met with friendly smiles and quick to get everything going. We were sent a very detailed diagnosis and it was communicated very clearly how to fix the problem. Also, we really appreciated the courtesy car. That made a huge difference. My experience with Trinity was at first limited to generator oil servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting. I have a class B, new RV and it was a struggle to find a location to service the generator. I have since trusted them to set up a regular generator and engine service instead of my RAM dealership. I find the service to be more personal. I am impressed with the quick turnaround, the friendly atmosphere and their professionalism and knowledge of my vehicle. Of special and important note: they don't recommend work if you don’t need it. They will explain the options and the choices are up to you. Great experience. Ask for Nick.
