They were ready for me when I came in for my appointment, quickly executed what I needed done, and charged me exactly what they quoted, plus $25 off for subscribing to their text messages. I also appreciated their detailed checklist to make sure my car was in tip top shape! I will be returning for all my Toyota needs :) Highly recommend!

First time dealing with Trinity Automotive, have to say I appreciate the way they run this shop. I brought my truck in for a rear a/c delete as I was told the rear a/c lines were leaking by another shop who I won't mention. They determined that it was actually just a bad Schrader valve and not leaking whatsoever. There's alot to be said about this first interaction with Trinity. I am also in repair industry and this type of honesty while it may be expected is unfortunately not usually the case. I applaud your honesty, options and the follow up. It's refreshing to see! Also photos of the issue was actually the first time I've encountered that and was pleasantly blown away!

This was my first time ever coming here for Service. I needed an Alignment. They were so helpful, so courageous, knowledgeable; very nice clean shop with professional technicians. Definitely worth coming here for services.

Very professional and friendly staff. Nick and Mark are always helpful and informative! I’m only giving this 4 stars instead of 5 since I’ve found that they are on the pricier side for similar work that I have had done on the same car at my past 2 auto mechanics.

I was able to reschedule my service on short notice for 1 day later than original booked (very flexible). I had breakfast (Woodward Restaurant) within walking distance and my car was ready (reliable) when I returned. They also gave me the Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil leftover to be used on my next service (customer focus). Their new location is a further drive for me but was worth it.

Always a good experience taking my vehicle here. I love how they send you a link to their inspections with photos and details. They don’t push things you don’t need. Very friendly service too! Nick and Mark are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Good service fair price quick turn around.. came here for an alignment guys working here are friendly and knowledgeable picked their brains on some stuff they took he time out of their busy day to talk to me help me understand some other issues I have. Couldn't be happier would definitely recommend!
