Thanks Trinity Automotive for your guideance with my Highlander. I was well over due for an oil change and they did a full investigation to ensure I didnt cause any damage. They did this at no additional cost and also helped to put me on a plan to ensure this doesnt happen again. They also were able to change and store my summer tires so I didnt have to keep bringing them back ans forth. Thanks!

In my 50 years of driving, Trinity Auto is the only garage that keeps track of their service online and takes the initiative to tell me that a part was under warranty and therefore no charge to replace the part. This has happened a number of times and did again yesterday, and I’m very grateful!

Staff were great. I took my vehicle in for a few issues, one a previous shop couldn't identify. A quick ride with with a technician identified the issue and everything was dealt within a few hours. It's like driving a completely different vehicle. Very affordable as well. I will be back in the future for future repairs.

Very disappointed charging $67 to diagnose something that is already diagnosed. The issue is a cracked muffler. You just need to give me a price. Ridiculous, also something you should’ve mentioned when on the phone with the customer not just surprising them after they drive over.

My experience with Trinity Automotive was fantastic! It was a super last minute appointment due to my car battery dying the morning I was trying to get to work. Nick did such an amazing job accommodating me, fitting my car into their schedule, explaining the process clearly so I understood everything and even provided me with a courtesy car to use as a replacement so I could still get to work. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and the team was great at communicating everything. I received a detailed report of the status of my car which helped to reassure me that everything was in good working order. I would highly recommend Trinity Automotive to anybody looking for transparency, trustworthiness and reliability with an autobody provider :)
