Excellent Service! Spoke to Nick on Friday, July 12th about my 2017 Ford Escape making a clunking noise. We are recently going on vacation and I was petrified to drive it on a long distance trip. I explained what was happening and he assured me that they would complete a full diagnosis of the steering/suspension system and booked me in for Monday, July 15 for 8 am. I also was provided a courtesy vehicle! Bonus! At 10:16 am I received a complete vehicle inspection report with recommendations on what needed to be done and at 10:37 am I had a quote for repairs! I approved the quote and I was notified my vehicle was ready for 2:19 pm! WOW!!! I am so impressed with Nick and Mark at Trinity Automotive! I felt that they really honestly gave me the piece of mind I was looking for and now I can go on vacation not feeling stressed! I will be bringing my vehicle here from here on in! Thank you Trinity Automotive! Appreciate it!

The Customer service is exceptional. Within a few hours I was sent a detailed report of all the issues with my car then received a phone call to review it. There was no pressure. Trinity is a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine caring.

This company also specializes in the repair and maintenance of generators. We had a no start situation with a Cummins 5500 gas generator. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly repaired it, by replacing a failed fuel pump. Their speedy service saved our long weekend trip. THANK YOU!
