They were very informative and I love the text message service and the breakdown of estimates to what needs to be done immediately and what can be done at a later date. Nick at the front did a great job of keeping me posted all day! My only moment of panic was when they closed at 5 and hadn’t heard from them, and their phones go straight to voicemail. Luckily they were just working late and responded to my text to keep me in the loop. My car is running a lot smoother than when I brought it in, very happy
