Outstanding! My Ram EcoDiesel needed a repair that only a dealer or diesel mechanic was willing to touch. I got their name from another business that only dealt with gasoline engines. Trinity squeezed me in quickly for diagnostics. They then provided formalized quotations that covered best case and worse scenarios that were sent to me electronically. Since the repair could take up to two days and the vehicle was still safe to drive, we set a date two weeks out for repairs to be handled by their best diesel guy. The repairs went smoothly and my bill came in less than quotation. One of best services they provided was progress reports describing work performed along with pictures of failed components. I was a first time customer but was treated like I had been with them forever. Thank you Nick and Mark and the rest of the Trinity team! I waited two weeks after the repair before doing this review to see if all issues had been successfully resolved. My vehicle has been great ever since. I would recommend this business to anyone because they treat you very well, their assessments and repairs are very accurate, they are very fair with cost and pass savings back to customer when things go better than expected.
