They not only addressed our concerns but did an entire inspection of vehicle and document any work to be done or any other findings with photos. They keep regular contact as well through text, email and phone. They go above and beyond. We really appreciated that they also gave us a courtesy car during our wait time. Refreshing to have "Old Fashioned" Service with New Age technology....and not all the "blah, blah, blah" I was not aware of Trinity's service by referral or previous experience. However, I saw good reviews on line....and know they have been in the same location for a long time. And the store looked well kept and professional. So I decided to give Trinity Automotive a try for my auto servicing needs. I asked a lot of questions (a lot). I have to say that I was impressed and completely satisfied with the information and answers they provided. I was left with a positive comfort level, that they are professionals in auto servicing and have my best interest in mind.
