I received a warm welcome by Bob at 8.00 a.m. and he advised me that a review of the brake system as well as other issues if there were would be emailed to me. He forwarded a detailed review and stated that the oil change was completed. The review gave me the opportunity to deal with recommendations such as a weak battery etc over a period of time to meet my budget as a Senior. I was extremely pleased with the way Trinity Automotive conduct business and their focus on their Mission Statement. Customer service was excellent and you can bet that I will be there again. My wife plans to visit Trinity Automotive as well and I know that she will recommend Trinity to her friends. Ultra Excellent Service.

Nick did an excellent job diagnosing my generator issues. He was patent listening to my issues and diag over the phone and performed the service promptly. Will definitely make the drive again next time I break my generator.

Trinity Automotive is outstanding in their very detailed service. They not only addressed our concerns but did an entire inspection of vehicle and document any work to be done or any other findings with photos. They keep regular contact as well through text, email and phone. They go above and beyond. We really appreciated that they also gave us a courtesy car during our wait time. Will definitely return here again in the future.

Refreshing to have "Old Fashioned" Service with New Age technology....and not all the "blah, blah, blah" I was not aware of Trinity's service by referral or previous experience. However, I saw good reviews on line....and know they have been in the same location for a long time. And the store looked well kept and professional. So I decided to give Trinity Automotive a try for my auto servicing needs. I asked a lot of questions (a lot). I have to say that I was impressed and completely satisfied with the information and answers they provided. I was left with a positive comfort level, that they are professionals in auto servicing and have my best interest in mind.
