Very kind staff, very honest, their inspection program and procedure is phenomenal. Coming from someone who works on their own vehicles their repair suggestions are spot on. Overheard the service manager speaking on the phone suggesting to a customer other ways to deal with their car issues without having to pay for repairs so they had more than one option. Great people, great service, would HIGHLY recommend.

One time, Bob even went above and beyond, sourcing a quality used part for a necessary repair, saving me a good chunk of change. And to top it off, they've often offered me a free courtesy car to use while mine's in for repair. Will you find a cheaper shop to get your work done? Sure, but can you trust them? I can be pretty cheap myself, but I value honesty and reliability. I want to know that the person advising me on the state of my vehicle isn't just trying to get work out of me, and that the mechanic in the shop is skillfully completing the work I'm paying them to do, not cutting corners or rushing the job.
