I was cordially welcomed when I arrived for my appointment at 8.15 a.m. to a clean environment. After reviewing my needs and non-needs as I am planning to change my vehicle, I was advised that I will be called at 2.00 p.m. about completion of the assigned work. Within 45 minutes I received a detailed list of recommendations to do as well. Whilst I purchased or leased new vehicles over 30 years, I have never received an evaluation report from a GM or Nissan dealership. I received the invoice as soon as the scope o work was completed. It is great to have excellent service continuously since I started taking my vehicle to Trinity Automotive. Keep up the good work.
